WHICH COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP TO


KOSTOMER.com offers free global shipping. However, we may be unable to ship certain products to particular locations. We kindly apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME


Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days from when the order is created. If for some reason processing times are longer than usual, we will always notify you via email. Please note, we ship Monday through Friday 9-5 CET. This excludes weekends and major holidays.


UNITED STATES & CANADA SHIPPING


For shipping to the United States and Canada, we use trackable air shipping service that takes approximately 7-15 business days to arrive from the ship date. Please note that this does not include any delays experienced at customs or due to regional public holidays.


AUSTRALIA SHIPPING


For shipping to Australia, we use a trackable air shipping service that takes approximately 10-20 business days to arrive from the ship date. Please note that this does not include any delays experienced at customs or due to regional public holidays.


EUROPE SHIPPING


For shipping to European countries, we use trackable air shipping service that takes approximately 10-15 business days to arrive from the ship date. Please note that this does not include any delays experienced at customs or due to regional public holidays.


OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATION SHIPPING


For other international destinations, we use a trackable air shipping service that takes approximately 10-25 business days to arrive from the ship date. International shipping does vary in time depending on exact location. Please note that this does not include any delays experienced at customs or due to regional public holidays.


CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, AND TARIFFS


KOSTOMER.com is not responsible for customs, taxes, duties, and tariffs. These charges are set by your country – we are not able to influence or control the rate at which you are charged. We suggest you contact the destination country’s customs office if you are concerned about the charges that may occur. KOSTOMER.com does not set these rates, nor do we have control over them.



SPLIT SHIPPING


The products in our store come from various sellers and, in some cases, certain items might arrive in a different shipment package. This is due to our policy of shipping orders, or parts thereof, as soon as they are ready without the need to wait for delayed items.


ORDER TRACKING NUMBER


Once your order has been processed successfully, you will receive an email including order tracking number, which allows you to track your order.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


Upon placing an order, KOSTOMER.com will send two confirmation emails: the order confirmation email and the shipping confirmation email. Please be sure to check each email to ensure all information has been entered correctly at checkout.
