Yes. Kostomer supports bulk import via CSV or Excel files from the Customers page. You can map your existing columns to our fields.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can resubscribe at any time within that window to regain full access.
Can multiple team members use the same account?
Yes — you can invite your whole team. Assign roles like Owner, Manager, Sales Rep or Installer, each with appropriate access.
Do you support businesses outside solar?
